Identity and design for the first issue of an architecture journal devoted to a single room at a time.

Room Journal is an independent publication out of the School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (SALA) at the University of British Columbia. Each issue of the annual journal explores a single, distinct room within the context of contemporary buildings and architecture, exploring its boundaries and demarcations both material and immaterial.

For its first issue, Room focuses on the space of the Bathroom. In a pro-bono engagement, I led the visual identity, creative direction, art direction and design of the publication, carrying the entire first issue from concept to production.
